CONDUCTOR- LINX Cables are available with both Aluminium and Copper Conductors. It is manufactured with solid / stranded, circular / shaped Aluminium /Copper conductor. Standing makes conductor flexible & easy to handle while shaping makes them compact. All conductor of Cables are manufactured strictly according to with IS 8130.

INSULATION- The insulation process is carried out by modern high speed extrusion line with high accuracy ensuring consistence in performance. PVC compound used as insulation is specially formulated to have good dielectric and physical properties, which will not deteriorate even under severe aging conditions. Cores are tested online during production both for physical & electrical characteristics.

LAYING UP- The insulated conductors i.e cores are laid up using a laying up machine with suitable lay length to give a circular shape .

SHEATH- The PVC covering over the laid up cores is called the sheath. The sheath is soft flexible PVC compound to facilitate not only easy stripping but also to ensure toughness to withstand mechanical abrasion while on use The PVC compound used for LINX Cable meets the specification as per IS : 5831.
